Possible shorts in the zones that turn
on, or cracked ceramic insulators on bus
bars or wire shorts

Check for a short in the zones that turn on,
a cracked ceramic insulator on the bus
bars or a wire short. Repair any problems
found.

If no shorts are found use a voltmeter to
measure across the mounting screws for
the SCR feedback card.

If 0 Vdc is measured:

The SCR power cube is defective.
Replace the SCR power cube.

If up to 22 Vdc is measured:

The SCR controller board for the
zone(s) is defective. Replace the SCR
controller board.
