LEDs on motor
controller board do
not turn on

Motor controller cable is at fault

Check cable number 2355.

Motor controller board
pin 10 to 237PL-1 pin 4

Motor controller board
pin 11 to 237PL-1 pin 3

Motor controller board
pin 3 to 237PL-1 pin 2

Motor controller board
pin 1 to 237PL-1 pin 1

Repair cable as necessary.

Motor controller board is defective

If the circuit breakers are correct. Turn the
main power off and back on again.

Access the RAISE COVER SCREEN.

The actual column width for the product
should read Recalibrate Enter 50.8. Enter
50.8 to recalibrate the rail.

The actual column should then read
CALIBRATING. If it does not, the motor
controller board is at fault.

Motor controller
board is defective

Incorrect voltage to the motor controller
board

Use a dc voltmeter between pins 6
(ground) and 7 (positive). The voltage
should be 40 Vdc.

If 40 Vdc is not present,

The motor controller board is defective.
Replace the motor controller board.

If 40 Vdc is present,

Check cable 2415.

Motor controller board
pin 7 to 250PL-1 pin 4

Motor controller board
pin 7 to 250PL-1 pin 3

Motor controller board
pin 6 to 250PL-1 pin 2

Motor controller board
pin 6 to 250PL-1 pin 1

If the cable is open, repair the
cable.

If the cable is OK, the width motor
assembly is at fault.
