3. See Figure A 4-5. Measure the voltage on terminal block TB235.
You should get the following readings (+ or -10%):
Between pins 1 (+) and 2 (ground) = 21 Vdc
Between pins 3 (-) and 4 (ground) = -21 Vdc
4. Measure the voltage on terminal block TB241. These readings
should be (+ or -10%):
Between pins 1 and 2 = 12 Vac
Between pins 3 and 4 = 12 Vac
Between pins 5 and 6 = 12 Vac
NOTE: If the proper voltages are not present, refer to the
Troubleshooting section.
5. Be sure to shut off power at the main disconnect before installing the
cards into the card cage. Remember to lock them in.
6. Connect and lock the cables to each card. The connectors are
numbered to correspond to the card rack numbers.
7. Replace all covers and close the E-Stop cover and turn power on
once again.
See Figure A 4-6. Use the following steps to check the direction of the
blower rotation.
1. With the power on, turn the manual override screw to raise the oven’s
main cover. Turning the screw clockwise opens the process cavity.
2. Remove the two hidden screws (1) from the upper front cover below
the monitor.
3. Push up on the upper front cover to remove it from the oven. The
blower is now visible and the arrow below it points to the right.
4. Press and hold the cover switch (2) on the oven’s main cover. This
will simulate the oven’s cover being closed and the blower will begin
to rotate.
5. Verify the blower is rotating in a counterclockwise direction. If it is
not, refer to the Troubleshooting section.
6. Reinstall the upper front cover.
7. Turn the manual override switch counterclockwise to close the cover.
