6. Follow the prompts on the screen. The actual PROD WIDTH should
begin to increase to equal the setpoint.
7. Select the CONVEYOR option on the screen and enter the desired
conveyor speed between 30–150 cm (11–59 in.).
NOTE: The computer will not allow setting of any zone power levels until
a conveyor speed has been set.
8. Follow the prompts provided by the computer. The actual conveyor
speed should begin to increase to equal the desired setpoint.
The oven can be programmed and monitored according to its
temperature or by wattage.
Temperature Mode
In this mode, program the oven by entering the top zone temperatures.
The oven will regulate the appropriate wattage to reach the desired
temperature. Programming in the Temperature mode is the most
accurate way to reach your desired temperature. Programming in the
temperature mode does take longer to stabilize the profile.
NOTE: When programming in the Temperature mode the watts display is
optional. This display can be turned on or off by selecting IR BOOST
DISPLAY under the Options menu.
1. Select the upper position in each zone, indicted by three blue dashes.
Place the cursor over the zone and press the key to the left of the
trackball. The setpoint window will appear.
2. Enter the desired temperature for that zone between 50–325

C
(122–617
_
F) and it will appear as the top most number within that
zone.
NOTE: The bottom zones are regulated automatically by the oven.
Temperatures do not have to be entered in the bottom zones.
3. Repeat for each zone until all zones have been programmed.
NOTE: If no temperature is entered or a zero is entered for the zone,
“–” appears and the zone will settle.
