Before considering a profile valid, the following tests should be done:
S
Profile Test: It should meet the profile specification.
S
Loading Test: The profile should be consistent and repeatable with
one board or production volumes.
S
Cold Start Test: The profile should be recalled on a cold oven (room
temperature), and run to verify the profile under production
conditions.
S
Full Production Test: The profile should be tested after several hours
of production, and periodically for QA purposes.
For optimum performance, let the oven warm up by going through an
auto start-up or test cycle. This enables quicker profile start-ups. Follow
these steps to load an existing program.
1. Use the trackball to select PROGRAM on the Curing Set-Up screen.
2. Enter in the desired profile name to load. If you do not remember the
profile name, select LIBRARY under the Options menu for a listing of
all saved profiles. Highlight the desired program and close the
Library window. The oven will ask if you want the highlighted profile
to be loaded.
3. Follow the prompts to load the profile.
NOTE: Profiles recalled from the library stabilize much faster than initial
profiles. The oven knows the profile setpoints, the resultant profile, and
optimizes the energy and temperature to stabilize.
This feature allows the user to program an automatic start-up during the
day. This is a seven day rolling weekly schedule at which each week, the
same start-up times and profiles of the previous week are run.
The auto start-up schedule can be viewed at any time through the main
menu and can be scheduled by selecting AUTO START-UP from the
Menu and selecting the day to be programmed. Follow these procedures
to schedule a profile for auto start-up.
