This section contains sever procedural checks for the Select Cure IR
Oven.

Complete a 3

∅

transformer check to verify the fuses in the Select Cure

IR oven.

1. Check fuses FU112, FU113, and FU114 in the panel on the hinge

side of the base. If they are blown, replace them. If they are good,
supply power should be coming to the primary terminal blocks 2, 8,
and 14.

2. If voltage is present at terminals 2, 8, and 14, check all related

three-phase transformer outputs at the terminal block to see if voltage
is present there.

3. Secondary terminal block pins should register as follows:(

4. If none of the above voltages are present, remove the wire leading

from the terminal block to the rest of the oven.

5. Once the wire is removed, restore power and measure across each

pair of terminals to check for a voltage reading. If voltage is still not
present with the power on, the transformer is defective and must be
replaced.

6. If voltage is present at the terminal block, check for blown fuses on

the secondary terminal block of the transformer.

7. If a fuse is blown, check for shorts in the wiring or components

associated with that fuse.
