Switch 3
Standalone ovens with switch 3 of the Traffic Control card set at off will:
S
let sensor 4 sense product over it and flash the blue light tower.
S
Send a ”ready” signal if no downstream system is connected.

Standalone ovens with switch 3 of the Traffic Control card set at on
will:
S
will let sensor 4 sense product over it and flash the blue light tower,
the oven will sound an alarm and turn off, and the screen will display
an error message.
S
Send a “not ready” signal if no downstream system is connected.
Sensor 1 verifies and controls the pace that product is transferred to the
Select Cure IR oven from the upstream machine. Triggering sensor 1
can be seen on the Traffic Control card LED I2.
If a transfer error is detected, the blue light will flash, an error screen will
display and an audible alarm will sound. The oven will continue to
process boards already in the oven.
Sensor 1
