Manual 12-44

NOTE: Do not turn off the main disconnect on a daily basis. Each time
the power to the oven is interrupted, the operator will be required to
recalibrate the oven.

NOTE: If SHUTDOWN is selected from the Menu and the oven power is
not turned off at the main disconnect or service, calibration will be
maintained.

Every time the oven is powered up, the conveyor width needs calibration.

1. Select PROD WIDTH on the screen and then CALIBRATE. This will

automatically calibrate the conveyor.

2. Follow the prompts.

NOTE: Rail covers must be in the down position to move the rail.

3. After calibration enter any desired conveyor width.

4. Select PROD WIDTH on the screen.

5. Enter the desired setpoint within the range of 50.8–457.2-mm

(2–18-in.).

NOTE: Traffic Control and Process Data are disabled when the product
width is less than 76.2-mm (3-in.).
