Use the following procedures to repair problems with the motor controller
board.

LEDs on the Motor Controller Board Do Not Turn On

If the LEDs on the motor controller board do not turn on, the cable or
motor controller board are defective. Follow these steps to check and
repair this problem.

1. Check continuity of cable number 2355.

Motor controller board pin 10 to 237PL-1 pin 4

Motor controller board pin 11 to 237PL-1 pin 3

Motor controller board pin 3 to 237PL-1 pin 2

Motor controller board pin 1 to 237PL-1 pin 1

2. If the circuit breakers are correct, turn the main power OFF and back

ON again.

3. Access the RAISE COVER SCREEN.

4. The actual column for product width should read RECALIBRATE

ENTER 50.8. If it has some number value, the motor controller card
is defective. Replace the motor controller card.

5. If the actual reads RECALIBRATE ENTER 50.8, enter 50.8 as a

width setpoint to recalibrate the rail.

NOTE: If the rail is not at the inner limit with the flag breaking the
beam on the optical switch, the actual column should read
CALIBRATING. If it does not, the motor controller board is defective.
