The product cooling area is the final module of the oven cavity before the
exit area. Here, the circuit board is introduced to ambient, filtered air.
This cooling zone keeps temperatures as low as possible.
The conveyor consists of an extended-pin chain conveyor running in an
extruded aluminum rail. Place components on the pin conveyor as close
as 2.5 mm (0.100 in.). Width and speed are adjustable a product size of
50.8–457.2 mm (2–18 in.) and a process speed of 30–150 cm/min.

The oven control system is self-prompting and menu-driven.
The oven utilizes industrial controllers with Eurocard architecture and a
high speed buss structure. Every board in the oven is an intelligent
board with its own microprocessor, and communicates with all the other
boards on the buss. This design allows real time diagnostics and
displays failures.
Access the controller through the E-Stop panel on the exit end of the
oven, if they require service, repair, or upgrading.
