2. Detailed device Information
Service information
This section provides detailed information about the switch that are particularly
useful when it needs to be serviced.
These are:
Serial number:
The serial number of the switch.
Order number:
The order number of the switch for replacement or follow-
up orders.
Hardware version:
The hardware version is the specific version of the
electronics that are installed.
Bootloader version:
The version of the bootloader that is in use.
The bootloader and firmware can be replaced/exchanged separately.
Firmware build:
The date and time that the firmware in use was created.
License info:
Displays the license info for the software packages being
used.
Device temperature:
Displays the current temperature.
The highest and lowest temperatures recorded since
Temperature reset
was last clicked are also displayed.
System time:
The system time of the switch.
When new or after a factory reset, the switch will use January 1 of the year
in which the firmware was created as the time.
Firmware RAM:
Displays the amount of memory currently in use and the
maximum amount of memory.
License info

Device temperature

This resets the minimum and maximum temperatures and overrides them with
updated temperature values.
System time
Reset system time
The system time can be changed in the NTP settings (see Section 11.4.4
Network Time Protocol (NTP), Seite 71).
NOTE
The time displayed is UTC (Universal Time Zone), not the local time.
