Configuration
Assigning the
IP address
The IP address can be assigned in the following ways:
DHCP/BOOTP
Web server (see 11 "Web server")
Configuration via the serial interface, command line interface (CLI)
(see 9.3 "Configuration using the serial interface (CLI)")

Opening the web server
The web server of the switch is activated by default. The web server can be
opened as follows.

Prerequisite: This route is active and has an Ethernet connection to the
host.

Open a browser of your choice (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Edge).

Enter the IP address of the switch in the address bar, e.g. http://
192.168.100.2.
The switch’s website will be displayed if the connection is successfully-
made.
NOTE
If you do not see the switch’s website -
Adjust the IP configuration of the host so that you can connect to the web
server of the switch.
Reconfigure any firewalls that might be blocking access to the web server.
