7.2 - Controlli effettuati nei nostri
stabilimenti
La macchina da Voi acquistata ha
subito, presso i nostri stabilimenti e
presso il rivenditore, diversi collaudi,
così da verificarne la corretta messa
in esercizio e le necessarie registra-
zioni.
In particolare i controlli effettuati
sono:
7.2.1 - Controlli preliminari
1- Controllo presenza di tutte le tar-
ghette e del numero di matricola.
2 - Ingrassaggio di ogni punto come
descritto al par. 7.6 e controllo livelli
olio del gruppo riduttore e della
cassa ingranaggi.
3 - Controllo perdite olio.
4 - Controllo presenza ed efficenza di
tutti i dispositivi di sicurezza.
5 - Controllo generale di funzionamen-
to.
Oltre a quanto già descritto, l’attrezza-
tura in Vostro possesso necessita di
costanti controlli e verifiche da effet-
tuarsi con le seguenti scadenze.
7.2 - Inspections made in our
factory
Your implement will have been subjec-
ted to various tests and trials both in
our factory and on the dealer’s pre-
mises. This procedure ensures that
operation and the necessary adjust-
ments will be correctly carried out.
In particular, the following inspections
are made:
7.2.1 - Preliminary inspections
1 - The implement is checked to see
that the serial number and all sti-
ckers have been affixed.
2 - Grease each point as described
in paragraph 7.6 and check the
oil levels in the reduction unit and
gear casing.
3 - Check for oil leaks.
4 - Check to see that all safety devices
are installed and efficient.
5 - General inspection during ope-
ration.
Besides the above inspections, your
implement needs to be constantly
checked and inspected according to
the following frequencies.
7.2 - Contrôles effectués en usine
La machine que vous venez d’acheter
a fait l’objet de plusieurs contrôles
dans nos établissements et auprès
du revendeur, afin de vérifier une mise
en service régulière et les réglages
nécessaires.
Les contrôles réalisés sont:
7.2.1 - Contrôles préliminaires
1 - Contrôle de la présence de toutes
les plaques et du numéro de ma-
tricule.
2 - Graissage de chaque point comme
décrit au 7.6 et contrôle niveau
d’huile du réducteur et du carter
d’engrenages.
3 - Contrôle fuites d’huile.
4 - Contrôle présence et bon état des
dispositifs de sécurité.
5 - Contrôle général de fonctionne-
ment.
En plus des opérations décrites, l’outil
requiert des contrôles constants et
des vérifications à effectuées aux
échéances ci-après.
7.2 - Im Herstellerwerk ausge-
führte Kontrollen
Die Maschine, die Sie erstanden ha-
ben, ist im Herstellerwerk und beim
Händler verschiedenen Probeläufen
unterzogen worden, um die korrekte
Inbetriebnahme und die erforderli-
chen Einstellungen zu prüfen.
Insbesondere wurden folgende Kon-
trollen ausgeführt:
7.2.1 - Vorabkontrollen
1- Kontrolle, ob alle Schilder und die
Seriennummer vorhanden sind.
2 - Schmierung aller Stellen, die in
Abschnitt 7.6 beschrieben sind,
und Kontrolle des Ölstands im
Getriebegehäuse und im Radka-
sten.
3- Kontrolle auf Öldurchtritt und un-
dichte Stellen.
4 - Kontrolle auf Vorhandensein und
Funktionstüchtigkeit aller Sicher-
heitsvorrichtungen.
5 - Allgemeine Betriebskontrolle.
Neben den genannten Kontrollen
muß das Gerät, das Sie erstanden
haben, regelmäßig geprüft werden,
und zwar nach den folgenden Fäl-
ligkeiten.
