4.3.4.2 Questionable Register 

This query returns the value of the Questionable Register.  The Questionable Register is a read-
only register that holds the real-time (unlatched) condition of the questionable status of the power
supply.  The bit configuration of the Questionable Register is shown in the Table 4.2.
