34. Remove the lower steering column cover.
35. Remove the shift lever knob and bezel (2).
36. On Compass and Patriot models, Remove the center
bezel top cover.
37. Remove mounting screws and release clips, and position
aside the instrument panel center bezel (1).
38. Remove the fasteners and separate the HVAC control
head from the center bezel and remove the bezel.
CAUTION: Pulling the antenna cable straight out of the radio without pulling on the locking antenna connector
could damage the cable or radio.
39. Remove and disconnect radio assembly.
40. Route the antenna cable along the lower instrument
panel brace and up to the radio opening securing
along the way.
NOTE: The antenna ports are keyed and color coded for there speci c antenna connection.
NOTE: All SDARS antenna connections are Yellow.
