Calibration of analog input bias and gain
(C16 (Pr. 919) to C19 (Pr. 920), C38 (Pr. 932) to C41 (Pr. 933))
●
"Bias"/"gain" function can adjust the relation between the stall prevention operation level and the
setting input signal.
Examples of setting input signals are 0 to 5 V DC, 0 to 10 V DC, or 4 to 2 mA DC, and they are
externally input.
●
Set the bias value of the terminal 1 input using C16 (Pr. 919).
(Shipped from factory with the stall prevention operation level for 0 V)
●
Set the stall prevention operation level against the input voltage set by Pr. 73 "Analog input
selection" with C18 (Pr. 920). (Initial value is 10 V.)
●
Set the bias value of the terminal 4 input using C38 (Pr. 932).
(The initial value is the stall prevention operation level for 4 mA.)
●
Set the the stall prevention operation level against the 20 mA for input current (4 to 20 mA) with
C40 (Pr. 933).
