Orient as desired prior to applying to surface; the tape will adhere on contact. Apply the
double-sided tape to the metal bracket then affix to the prepared surface.

Apply firm pressure to fully seat the bracket.

To mount the hand switch using the Velcro strap,

Feed the Velcro strap through the two slots on the hand switch holster.

Wrap the Velcro strap around a pole or similar object.

Ensure strap is snug to prevent the holster from slipping during use. The double-sided
tape can also be used between the holster and pole to help prevent slipping.
16.6.5 Display Control Unit Sterile Sheath Installation
NOTE:
Contents are sterile. Display Control Unit sheath should be applied using sterile
technique.
The Mark 7 Arterion Display Control Unit Sterile Sheath is intended for single patient use.
1.
Use sterile technique to open the Display Control Unit Sterile Sheath package.
2.
Slip the sheath over the Display Control Unit.
3.
Ensure the sheath completely covers the Display Control Unit.

Biological Contamination Hazard - Serious patient and/or worker injury or death may result.
• Properly discard disposables after use or if contamination may have occurred during
setup or use.
Environmental Contamination Hazard - Minor or moderate patient and/or worker injury may

• Do not use if package integrity is compromised.
• Follow sterile technique principles when installing the Display Control Unit Sheath.
