Assemble and install your DigiSuite LX MAX card set

Install the entire card-bus unit (and optional digital module) in the
following manner:
a Carefully align the cards with their expansion slots.
b Slide the cards towards the slots until they touch. Make sure that the
metal plates at the back of your cards slip into the opening left by the
blank metal plates you removed in step 2. In addition, if you are using
the card retainer brackets, be sure they’re aligned with and inserted
into the card guides inside the front of the computer chassis.
c Once the cards touch their slots, make sure they’re perfectly aligned
and then press them into the slot connectors until they’re firmly in
place.
d Secure the cards by fastening their metal brackets to the computer
chassis using the screws you removed in step 2.
9 If you have the digital module, proceed to “Connect the digital module
internal cable” on page 30 . If you have no digital module, skip to the
next step.
10 Connect the VIP ribbon cable to your Matrox G400, G450, or G550
display card, as explained in the section
“Connect the VIP ribbon
cable to your Matrox display card” on page 31 .
