Transito e trasporto su strade
pubbliche con seminatrice
L’applicazione di un’attrezzatura supple-
mentare al trattore comporta una diversa
distribuzione dei pesi sugli assi.
È consigliabile pertanto aggiungere
apposite zavorre sulla parte anteriore
del trattore in modo da equilibrare i pesi
sugli assi. Verifi care la compatibilità delle
prestazioni del trattore con il peso che
la seminatrice trasferisce sull’attacco a
3 punti. In caso di dubbio consultare il
costruttore del trattore.
È importante tenere presente che la te-
nuta di strada e la capacità di direzione
e frenatura possono essere infl uenzati
anche in modo notevole dalla presenza
di un’attrezzatura portata o trainata.
Qualora gli ingombri delle attrezzature
portate o semi-portate, occultino la visi-
bilità dei dispositivi di segnalazione e di
illuminazione della trattrice, quest’ultimi
devono essere ripetuti adeguatamente
sull’attrezzatura, attenendosi alle nor-
mative del codice stradale in vigore nel
relativo paese.
La Ditta Costruttrice fornisce a richiesta
supporti e tabelle per segnalazione
ingombri.
3.2 MACCHINE FORNITE
PARZIALMENTE
MONTATE
Per motivi d’ingombro, possono essere
fornite macchine con gruppi staccati,
comunque contenuti e fi ssati nello
stesso imballo.
Normalmente è il castello 3° punto del
peso di 60 Kg circa, e/o il gruppo rullo il
cui peso varia a seconda della tipologia,
da 500 Kg circa per il rullo a gabbia, a
650 Kg per il rullo Packer, che vengono
staccati e successivamente montati dal
cliente.
Curare il montaggio di queste parti,
riferendosi anche alle tavole del cata-
logo ricambi.
In particolare, rispettare i valori della
coppie di serraggio delle viti a corredo,
come indicato in tabella a pag. 28.

If a supplementary implement is hitched
to the tractor, the weights will be distrib-
uted in a different way on the axles.
You are therefore advised to add ballast
to the front part of the tractor so as to
balance the weights on the axles.
Make sure that the performances pro-
vided by the tractor are compatible with
the weight the seed drill transfers to the
3-point hitch.
Consult the tractor manufacturer if in
doubt.
It is important to remember that road
holding, steering and braking capacities
may be even considerably infl uenced by
a mounted or towed implement.
When mounted or semi-mounted imple-
ments cover the tractor’s indicators or
lights, a second set of indicators and
lights must be affi xed to the implement,
as established by the Highway Code in
force in the country of use.
The manufacturer will supply dimension
indicators and supports on request.
3.2 MACHINES SUPPLIED
PARTLY
BROKEN-DOWN
Owing to their size, the machines may
be supplied with detached parts, always
fi xed in the same pack.
Normally, the parts that are detached and
subsequently assembled by the customer
are the 3rd point mounting frame, which
weighs about 60 kg and/or the roller unit
which, depending on the type, weighs
from about 500 kg for the cage roller to
650 kg for the Packer roller.
Execute these installation operations
with the utmost care.
Refer to the list of parts in the Spare
Parts Catalogue. In particular, apply
the screw tightening torques as listed
in the Chart on page 28.
Körning och transport på väg
med såningsmaskin
När ett extra redskap monteras på trak-
torn, omfördelas vikten på axlarna.
För att erhålla en jämn viktfördelning på
axlarna, rekommenderas det att ballasta
traktorns framaxel. Kontrollera att trak-
torns prestanda klarar såningsmaskinens
belastning på trepunktslyftet. Kontakta
traktortillverkaren om du är tveksam.
Tänk på att väggrepp, styrning och
bromsning kan påverkas anmärknings-
värt av ett påmonterat eller bogserat
redskap.
Om traktorns varningsanordningar
och ljus skyms p.g.a. de helt eller del-
vis påmonterade redskapens storlek,
måste lämpliga varningsanordningar
anbringas på redskapet enligt gällande
trafi kregler.
Tillverkaren tillhandahåller mot beställ-
ning stöd för varningsanordningarna och
skyltar för bred last.
3.2 MASKINER SOM

Till följd av deras storlek, kan vissa mas-
kiner levereras med separata delar,
som
dock alltid fi nns i själva emballaget.
De delar som vanligtvis levereras separat
och sedan monteras av kunden är den
bärande ramen med trepunktskoppling
som väger cirka 60 kg och/eller valsen-
heten vars vikt varierar beroende på typ
från cirka 500 kg för rullhållare till 650 kg
för Packer-vals.
Utför dessa monteringar med största
försiktighet. Se även tabellerna i re-
servdelskatalogen.
Respektera i synnerhet de skruvåtdra-
gningsmoment som anges i tabellen
på sidan 28.
