Gear box
Check the gearbox oil level:
•
After the first 50 operating hours.
•
At the start of the season.
•
In the case of excess oil loss.
The oil must be changed:
•
After the first 50 operating hours.
•
Every 2 years or
•
after 20,000 bales.

Checking the oil level correctly
The oil level must only be checked when
•
the implement is at a standstill for any length of time and
•
the implement is horizontal.
Otherwise, an incorrect oil level will be measured. An incorrect oil level
can cause serious damage to the implement.
Checking the oil level
> Remove the level-setting plug.
The filling level is correct when oil runs out.
> Refit the level-setting plug.
If no oil is discharged, the gearbox must be filled with oil.

> Remove the level-setting plug.
> Remove the screw from the filler neck.
> Fill up with gear oil until the filling level indicator is correct.
> Refit the level-setting plug.
> Seal the filler neck again.
