Assembly Instructions

Assemble units as described herein only. To do otherwise 
may result in instability. All screws, nuts and bolts must be  
tightened securely and must be checked periodically after  
assembly. Failure to assemble properly, or to secure parts 
may result in assembly failure and personal injury.

12”-18” PPT Installation

1. Orient the PPT so the  

N

  

symbol is pointing up.

2. Connect the “plug end” of the 

PPT to one of the adjacent rigid 

wireways (Figure 38).

3. Connect the “socket end” of 

the PPT to the other adjacent 

rigid wireway using a horizontal 

jumper (Figure 38).

Using a 12” or 18” PPT

Note: 

If a 12” or 18” PPT is 

being used at a 90° intersection, 

the 20” jumper is used to turn 

the corner, not the PPT.
