8 Romexis CAD/CAM module overview

The Romexis CAD/CAM module consists of individual tabs:

Scan, Margin,

Analyse and Send.
The tabs are dynamic: the choices you make on each tab affect the options

available on the current and related tabs.
Some system configurations will restrict the use and access of individual

tabs.

8.1 Creating and opening case

See your Romexis user's manual for information about adding and editing

patient files.

8.1.1 Starting new CAD/CAM case

To begin scanning:

1. Do one of the following:

Add a new patient.

•

Click on a patient to highlight it and click Select Patient.

2. Click the CAD/CAM module.
3. Click the Scan button.
