Requirements

– Prepare the truck for operation, see

page 139 or see page 140.

Procedure

• Do not press the deadman button (18).
• Traverse the attachment to the right or

left limit position of the traverse/pivot
frame, see page 174.

• Press and hold down on the button (104)

under the "single telescopic forks" symbol (200).

• Extend the telescopic forks:

• To extend to the left:

Turn the "Hydraulic functions" control lever (113) anti-clockwise.

• To extend to the right:

Turn the "Hydraulic functions" control lever (113) clockwise.

When  a  load  greater  than  the  weights  specified  on  the  capacity  plate  for
completely  extended  telescopic  forks  is  lifted,  extension  of  telescopic  forks  is
disabled.  The  "Telescopic  fork  sideshift“  (201)  symbol  lights  up  in  the  driver's
display.

• Retract the telescopic forks:

• To retract to the right:

Turn the "Hydraulic functions" control lever (113) clockwise.

• To retract to the left:

Turn the "Hydraulic functions" control lever (113) anti-clockwise.

Z

The extending and retracting speed of the telescoping forks is in proportion to the
movement of the "hydraulic functions" control lever (113).
