Other seven segment and indicator light (LED) error displays are relevant only to the
manufacturer’s service department. Troubleshooting must only be performed by the
manufacturer’s specialist service engineers. The manufacturer has a service
department specially trained for these tasks.
In order for customer services to react quickly and specifically to the fault, the
following information is essential:
- Truck serial number
- Error number on the seven segment display (if applicable)
- Indicator light (LED) display.
- Error description
- Current truck location.
