B) Einstellung der normalen Begrenzung der Drehzahl durch
die Stellmuttern an der Drehzahlverstellspindel:
a) Einstellen unteren Begrenzung:
1) Den Stecker an der elektrischen Zuleitung für den Drehzahl-Stell-
motor trennen.
2) Mit zwei Maulschlüssel SW 13 die gegeneinander gekonterten
Muttern lösen.
3) Ein elektrisches Spannungsmessgerät (Voltmeter) mit dem Anzei-
gebereich bis 300V Wechselstrom am AC Ausgang in der AC-
Kontrollbox anschliessen.
4) Sicherstellen, das keine elektrische Last eingestellt ist.
5) Generator starten.
6) Die Drehzahl des Generators durch drehen der Spindel des Stell-
motors von Hand nach unten drehen bis das Voltmeter einen Wert
von 225V anzeigt. (Entspricht ca. 2880 UpM)
7) Die beiden Muttern fest gegeneinander andrehen.
8) Nochmals prüfen, ob die untere Spannung des Generators ohne
Last bei maximal 225V begrenzt ist.
b) Einstellen oberen Begrenzung:
1) Wie vorstehend verfahren und die Kontermuttern bei einer Span-
nung ohne Last von max. 260V festziehen.
2) Nochmals prüfen, ob die obere Spannung des Generators ohne
Last bei maximal 260V begrenzt ist.
B) Adjustment of the normal limitation of rev with the
adjusting nut at the rev regulator lever:
a) Adjusting the lower limitation:
1) Disconnect the plug at the electrical supply line of the servo-
motor.
2) Unclamp the countering nuts with two wrench SW 13.
3) Connect an electrical voltage instrument (voltmeter) with a display
range until 300V AC to AC outlet in the AC-Control box.
4) Be sure that no electrical load is adjusted.
5) Start the generator.
6) Increase the rev of the generator by turning the spindle of the
servo-motor manually until the voltmeter reach a value of 225V.
(conforms about 2880 rpm)
7) Both nuts must be screwed tight.
8) Check again if the lower voltage of the generator is limited to
max. 225V without load.
b) Adjusting the upper limitation:
1) Proceed like before and tighten the countering nuts at a voltage
of max. 260V without load.
2) Check again if the upper voltage of the generator is limited to
max. 260V without load.

If the adjustment is finished the plug of the servo-motor must
be re-connect for operation.
Re-connect the connections if the electrical supply lines in the
AC-Control box were also be disconnected.
Wenn die Einstellung beendet ist, muss der elektrische Stek-
ker zum Betrieb des Drehahlstellmotors wieder eingesteckt
werden.
Falls die elektrischen Zuleitungen in der AC-Kontrollbox abge-
klemmt wurden, muss jetzt die Verbindung wieder hergestellt
werden.
