MOTOR LÄUFT IN "AUS"-STELLUNG WEITER
Ursache:
Magnetventil stellt nicht ab.
Abhilfe:
Zuleitung zum Magnetventil prüfen. Abstellhubmagnet prüfen, ggfls.
erneuern. Siehe Abschnitt "Elektrisches Kraftstoff-Magnetventil".
MOTOR STELLT SICH VON SELBST AB
Ursache:
Kraftstoffmangel.
Abhilfe:
Kraftstoffzufuhr prüfen.
Ursache:
Überhitzung im Kühlsystem durch Übertemperatur/Kühlwassermangel.
Abhilfe:
Kühlsystem prüfen, Wasserpumpe und Wasserzufluß prüfen.
Ursache:
Ölmangel.
Abhilfe:
Ölstand prüfen, ggfls. nachfüllen, Öldruck am Motor prüfen, ggfls.
Reparatur durch Kubota-Service.
RUßGESCHWÄRZTE ABGASWOLKEN
Ursache:
Überlastung.
Abhilfe:
Eingeschaltete Verbraucher prüfen, ggfls. reduzieren.
Ursache:
Unzureichende Luftzufuhr.
Abhilfe:
Luftfilter prüfen, ggfls. reinigen.
Ursache:
Einspritzdüse defekt.
Abhilfe:
Einspritzdüse ersetzen.
Ursache:
Ventilspiel nicht richtig.
Abhilfe:
Ventilspiel einstellen (siehe Kubota-Handbuch).
Ursache:
Schlechte Kraftstoffqualität.
Abhilfe:
Gute Kraftstoffqualität (Dieselkraftstoff 2-D) verwenden.
Ursache:
Unvollkommene Verbrennung.
Abhilfe:
Hier ist eine unzureichende Vergasung oder ein unzureichender
Einspritzzeitpunkt durch den Kubota-Service zu beheben.
MOTOR RUNS IN OFF POSITION
Cause:
Fuel inlet solenoid valve or throttle shut solenoid is not switching off.
Solution:
Check wire connections to solenoid. Check valve functions as in the
"Inlet Fuel Solenoid Valve" or in the trottle shut off solenoid sections.
Replace if necessary.
MOTOR STOPS BY ITSELF
Cause:
Lack of fuel.
Solution:
Check fuel supply system.
Cause:
Excess heat in cooling system (thermo switch tripped)-lack of cooling
water.
Solution:
Check cooling water system flow: water pump, inlet water filter, extra
heat exchanger coolant flow.
Cause:
Lack of oil (oil pressure sensor tripped).
Solution:
Check oil-level and if necessary top up.
Check motor's oil-pressure and have repaired by Kubota-Service if
necessary.
SOOTY, BLACK EXHAUST
Cause:
Generator is overloaded.
Solution:
Check electrical load and switch off unnecessary consumers.
Cause:
Insufficient intake air.
Solution:
Check intake air filter; clean if necessary.
Cause:
Fuel injector faulty.
Solution:
Replace injector.
Cause:
Valve clearance incorrect.
Solution:
Re-adjust valve clearance to correct value (refer to Kubota-manual).
Cause:
Poor fuel quality.
Solution:
Use better quality diesel (recommended: 2-D Diesel).
Cause:
Poor combustion.
Solution:
Incorrect AFR (air/fuel ratio) due to motor timing adjustment. Have motor
serviced by Kubota.
