Using Instrument Functions

Connecting and Configuring Printers and Plotters

The analyzer can send print commands in

PCL, Epson, or HP-GL

modes. Recommended usages are:

Use

mode for

speed, if your printer supports it.

HP LaserJet

models support

Typical time to generate and

send hardcopy output to a

printer is 1 to 10 seconds.

Use PCL or Epson language if your printer does not support

The

analyzer uses Epson ESC

commands that are common to

mode

devices and

mode Epson compatible devices.

Use HP-GL language for plotters.
