7. Unplug the brake lines, ISOBUS and lighting and hook in the bracket. Attach
the cover caps if so equipped.
8. Unhitch the machine.
Machines with drawbar eye:
• Adjust the height of the drawbar by cranking the support so that the machine
can be picked up.
• Engage the machine.
• Insert the bolts and secure them.
Machines with ball and socket coupling:
• Lower the drawbar or spherical cap onto the ball by cranking on the support.
• Position the hold-down.
• Check the gap between hold-down and spherical cap and adjust; see chapter
Maintenance overview .
9. Drain the air reservoir of the pneumatic brake system (option)
10. Clean the metering units.
11. Store the terminal in dry conditions.
NOTE
When parking, the trap rollers must not rest on the ground. They would otherwise
shortly be out of order because of resting damages.

You should either support the frame high enough, or disassemble the trap
rollers and insert them into the bracket from above, see chapter "Trap roller".
Storage (end of the
season)
NOTE
Single grain metering units are precision components. Outdoors they may get dam-
aged by weather influences, etc.!

Park the machine inside a hall if it is to be put in storage after the end of the
season.
Anti-theft devices The anti-theft devices protect the machine against unauthorised use. The securing
devices are attached to the hitch or drawbar eye and secured with a lock.
machines with tractor link arm hitching are protected against unauthorised use by a
padlock, which is hung into a hole on the tractor link arm shaft.
Hooking up a ball head and connecting the machine with the tractor is thus im-
possible.
