See coulter discs Check state, wear, bearing play and light movement. At the front the
discs should be slightly tensioned against each other. 40 h
Check the wear on the coulter discs, if necessary, move the trap
rollers down by one bore.
Fertiliser coulter disc Check state, wear, bearing play and light movement. 40 h
Diameter under 360 mm: Adjust the position of the seed pipe, see
chapter Fertiliser coulter.
Diameter under 340 mm: Replace the fertiliser coulter.
Scraper (seed and fertiliser
coulter discs) Check wear and fastening. 40 h
Depth guidance wheels and
press rollers Check state, wear, bearing play and light movement. daily
Depth guidance wheels Check the scraping effect on the coulter discs. 40 h
Check contact of inner running face on the coulter discs. Adjust as re-
quired.
Trap roller Check for damage and free rotation. daily
Set the depth setting to the depth of the coulter discs.
Clearing stars Check condition, wear, bearing play and light movement. Check the
depth setting daily

Fan Leaks, function of speed setting daily
Protective fan grid Check condition and fastening, clean off dirt daily
Impeller wheel Check condition and fastening, clean of dirt deposits 40 h
Retighten the drive flange for the first time after 50 hrs daily
