Overpressure set incorrectly Adapt the fan speed.
Too many missing/double seeds Check the area of grain dispensing in
the metering unit and Barrel for
sharp edges.
Check bristles on the brush
Separating units and metering discs
soiled by deposits (dressing, dust) Clean dirty parts.
Seed capacity, grain spacing
or grain deposit faulty Wrong number of holes of metering
disc Enter the correct number of holes of
the metering disc in the E-Manager
under fruit parameters.
Wrong speed signal • Check speed.
• Travel the test section (100 m)
once more, if necessary.
Wrong row spacing configured Check the row spacing in the E-Man-
ager on the parameter screen.
Trap roller worn or damaged Check trap roller and replace, if ne-
cessary.
Seed grains are scattered Wrong row spacing configured Check the row spacing in the drill
controls on the parameter screen.
Trap roller worn or damaged Check trap roller and replace, if ne-
cessary.
One row does not drill Overpressure connection interrupted Check the Overpressure connection
and the hose.
Empty the frame, see Cleaning.
Motor defective Replace fuses.
Replace motor (workshop work).
Barrel or drill disc clogged Drill has been lowered and rolled
backwards. Move the drill only forward when
lowered.
Support skid installed under moist
conditions Remove support skid and install
clearing unit.
Current consumption too
high Gap between metering disc and
metering housing too small Adjust the metering disc.
Dirt between housing and metering
disc Clean metering system.
