Inspecting the
PCU wire har-
ness (lower
side) for conti-
nuity 2
1. Disconnect the connectors of
inverter cooling radiator fan,
inverter cooling pump, inverter,
and HV ECU2.
2. Using the electrical tester, mea-
sure the resistance between
the terminals of inverter cooling
radiator fan connector and
inverter start relay connector
(relay block side).
3. Using the electrical tester, mea-
sure the resistance between
the 2nd terminal of inverter
cooling radiator fan connector
and the ground.
<Measurement conditions>
Starter key: LOCK
<Tester connections>
Inverter cooling radiator fan con-
nector – Inverter start relay con-
nector (relay block side)
1st terminal – 5th terminal
Inverter cooling radiator fan con-
nector
2nd terminal – GND
<Standard values>
1
or less (With continuity)
The mea-
sured value is
within the
range of stan-
dard value: Go
to YES.
The mea-
sured value is
not within the
range of stan-
dard value: Go
to NO.
Go to step 8.
Replace the

1. Using then electrical tester,
measure the resistance
between the terminals of
inverter cooling pump connec-
tor and inverter start relay con-
nector (relay block side).
2. Using the electrical tester, mea-
sure the resistance between
the 1st terminal of inverter cool-
ing pump connector and the
ground.
