When you first turn on the unit or perform a Master Reset, the message “Set Clock” will
be displayed on the monitor screen. The clock is set in the Time/Date submenu. See the
“Display Options Submenu” section of this manual for more information.

Time: enter the current time in either a 12-hour or 24-hour format. Seconds are
automatically entered by the unit.
Date: enter the current date.
Day: the day of the week will automatically be entered by the unit.
Time Format lets you to choose a time format of either a 12-hour clock or a 24-hour. In
the 24-hour settings, AM or PM will be omitted from the display.
Date Format lets you choose date formats with a slash or a dash between the month, day
and year settings. You may set this function to:
• mm/dd/yy (month/day/year; e.g., 02/26/97)
• dd/mm/yy (day/month/year; e.g., 26/02/97)
• dd-mmm-yy (day-month abbreviation-year; e.g., 26-Feb-97)
• dd-mm-yy (day-month-year; e.g., 26-02-97)
• mmm-dd-yy (month abbreviation-day-year; e.g., Feb-26-97)
• yy-dd-mmm (year-day-month abbreviation; e.g., 97-26-Feb)
• yy-dd-mm (year-day-month; e.g., 97-26-02)
• yy-mmm-dd (year-month abbreviation-day; e.g., 97-Feb-26)
• yy-mm-dd (year-month-day; e.g., 97-02-26)
