Because a line can display a maximum of 24 characters, you may have to split an entry
into two lines. For example, if the Location entry in the example were to be Hacienda
Heights instead of Mesa, the maximum of 24 characters for that line would be
exceeded and the line would have to be split.
To split a line, enter the line number in the text Line column. Then enter a double
hyphen (--) in the next Text Line.
