Removal 

Fibre Removal 

 

CAUTION 

Fibre ends are easily damaged. 

Fibre handling guidelines must be observed throughout this procedure. 

1 

Refer to Fibre Handling Guidelines in Section 1.15. 

2 

Remove fibre output end from focus head. 

3 

At laser rail, loosen hex screw in receiver collar. 

4 

Remove fibre input end from the receiver. 

5 

Feed fibre cable out of the laser cabinet. 

6 

Remove fibre, place in a safe location. 

5.6 Re-packaging 

Repackaging 

1 

Refer to packing list (supplied on delivery). 

2 

Identify all parts on packing list that require separate packing. 

3 

Ensure laser and components are packaged correctly before shipping.
