SETTINGS

COMPUTER SETTINGS

box the user can configure computer communication settings, besides the connection (Control Type) and

Startup Mode.

Control Type

defines the connection type that is going to be used:

* No control type

for serial connection (front RS232 or rear RS485),

Modbus/TCP

for Ethernet connection (by means of a serial/TCP converter). When this option is chosen, the serial

configuration data disappears and a new box appears at the right to configure the IP address, the port number and the unit id.
