2. Operating System and Equipment

Automatic wiper operation (auto-

matic wiper)

If the wiper combination switch lever is

turned to AUTO, the wipers will operate

automatically. The wiper system adjusts

the wiper operation speed in real time

based on the current rainfall and vehicle

speed.

Low speed wiping

If the wiper combination switch lever is

turned to LO, the wipers operate at low

speed.

High speed wiping

If the wiper combination switch lever is

turned to HI, the wipers operate at high

speed.

Open front windshield cleaning

system

Pull the wiper combination switch lever

in the direction of Arrow 6 (towards the

steering wheel) to enable the washer

system. Later, the wipers begin operat-

ing.

If the control lever is released, the

washer system stops operating, but the

wipers continue to work for about 4s.

After pause for 6s, the wipers operate

once to remove residual water droplets

on the glass.

Open rear window cleaning system

Rotate rear wiper knob to position

along the arrow to open rear

window cleaning system, and the wiper

will start to wipe later on.

Rotate rear wiper knob to “OFF” to close

rear window cleaning system.

Adjust the interval for wiper opera

tion (manual wiper).

Turn the knob in the direction of Arrow 7

to adjust the interval of intermittent wiper

operation, increasing from top to bottom.

Adjust auto wiper sensitivity (man

ual wiper).

Turn the knob in the direction of Arrow

7 to adjust the sensitivity of automatic

wiper operation, increasing from top to

bottom and becoming more sensitive to

raindrop gradually.

In the case of the same rainfall, the

higher the sensitivity, the faster the wiper

speed and frequency.
