3. Driving Directions

Front wheel lock

Front wheel unlock

Brake start

If the front wheel is locked, the car will lose its

turning capacity and slide along the braking

direction.

If the rear wheel is locked, the drifting condition

is easy to occur (even reach to 180° drifting

under serious condition).

Anti-lock Brake System (ABS) indi-

cator lamp

With the ignition switch or start switch in Posi-

tion "ON", ABS indicator light should be lit for

several seconds. After the system completes

self-test, the warning light goes out (

see Page

41).

One of the following conditions with the warn-

ing lamp indicates a fault develops in the sys-

tem:

•

When the ignition switch or start switch

is in Position "ON", the warning light is

not lit.

•

When the ignition switch or start switch s

in Position "ON", the warning light stays

on.

•

The warning lamp stays on while driving.

In the above cases,

the car can still be braked in the conventional

way. However, the ABS will not work. You

should go to our dealer for inspection as soon

as possible.
If the ABS indicator comes on with the brake

system indicator and the parking brake is re-

leased fully, this indicates that something is

wrong with the brake system, have your vehicle

inspected by your dealer immediately.
