Cruise Control
System (available
in some models)
The cruise control allows you to maintain a set
speed of 40 km/h and above without keeping
your foot on the accelerator pedal.
Warning
• To avoid accidents, the cruise
control is not recommended for
conditions such as traffic-intensive
sections, hills, winding roads, or
slippery roads. You should have full
control of the vehicle under those
conditions.
• The set speed and the vehicle-to-
vehicle distance must be adapted
to the current traffic conditions. The
cruise control is only a parking as-
sist system. Use the cruise control
with extra care.
• Be sure to deactivate the cruise
control after using it.

Activating the cruise control
- If the button is pressed and then
released, the corresponding indicator
light in the combination instrument turns
white.
- Accelerate the vehicle to the cruising
speed.(above and equal to 40km/h).
- If "SET-" is pressed and then released,
the corresponding white indicator light in
the combination instrument turns green.
- When the vehicle in the cruise control
state, release the accelerator pedal.
Canceling the cruise control
To cancel the cruise control, do the following.
The cruise control indicator in the cluster goes
out.
• Depress the brake pedal.
• Shift the transmission into N (Neutral).
• Press the clutch pedal (only for the ve -
hicle with manual transmission).
• Press the button.
• Press the button (to cancel the
cruise control and the set speed).
The following four methods for exiting CRUISE
mode can be achieved by pressing "RES" to
restored:
• When depressing the brake pedal
• Press the clutch pedal (only for the ve -
hicle with manual transmission).
• Shift the transmission into N (Neutral)
Press the button.
