7.4.5.2.7. ip igmp snooping mrouter   

This command configures a selected interface as a multicast router interface. When configured 
as a multicast router interface, the interface is treated as a multicast router interface in all 
VLANs.

ip igmp snooping mrouter interface 

no ip igmp snooping mrouter interface

 This command disables the status of the interface as a statically configured multicast 

router interface.
