6.9 Test Operation Mode
In the test operation mode, you can operate keypad keys to rotate the servo amplifier or reset various
data. Press the [MODE/SET] key until [
fn_0n ] is displayed, and press and hold the [SET/SHIFT] key
for at least one second to execute test operation.

: Position preset is not possible while the motor is rotating.
→ Perform position preset after stopping the motor.
 Fn_03
: Homing is not possible in other than position control mode.
→ Perform homing in position control mode.


It was not possible to reset by resetting the alarm.
→ Refer to the “Troubleshooting Method” section in “CHAPTER 7
MAINTENANCE AND INSPECTION”.


: Initialization is not possible with the servo ON.
→ Perform initialization after turning the servo OFF.
 Fn_10
: Z-phase offset adjustment is not possible with the encoder not
connected.
→ Perform Z-phase offset adjustment after connecting the encoder (with no
encoder related alarm occurring).

Fn_11
:
Auto tuning gain cannot be applied when the tuningless function
is enabled.
→ Tuningless function is disabled.
 Fn_12
: Easy tuning cannot be performed when the parameter setting, etc. does
not match the startup conditions.
→ Refer to "Easy Tuning" in the "SERVO ADJUSTMENT" chapter.
 Fn_14
: Sequence test mode is not possible with the servo ON.
→ Change to sequence test mode after turning the servo OFF.
nG2 -
Test operation was aborted.

The motor is unable to rotate (due to alarm, forced stop, STO, ±OT detection, etc.)
→ Eliminate the cause and perform test operation again.
