Rate :
Controls the rate for the global storm policer. This value is restricted to 10-13128147 when
"Unit" is fps or kbps, and 1-13128 when "Unit" is kfps or Mbps. The rate is internally
rounded up to the nearest value supported by the global storm policer. Supported rates are
divisible by 10 fps or 25 kbps.
Unit :
Controls the unit of measure for the global storm policer rate as fps, kfps, kbps or Mbps.
