11.4 Return

The device must be returned if it is in need of repair or a factory calibration, or if the wrong

device has been delivered or ordered. According to legal regulations, Hauser, as

an ISO-certified company, is required to follow certain procedures when handling returned

products that have come into contact with measured materials.
To ensure safe, swift and professional device returns, refer to the procedure and conditions
