Configuration management
After commissioning, you can save the current device configuration, copy it to another measuring
point or restore the previous device configuration. You can do so using the
Configuration
management
parameter and its options.

Functions of the parameter options
Options
Description
Execute backup
A backup copy of the current device configuration in the HistoROM is saved to the display
module of the device. The backup copy comprises the transmitter data of the device.
Restore
The last backup copy of the device configuration is copied from the display module to the
HistoROM of the device. The backup copy comprises the transmitter data of the device.
Duplicate
The transmitter configuration from another device is duplicated to the device using the
display module.
Compare
The device configuration saved in the display module is compared to the current device
configuration of the HistoROM.
Clear backup data
The backup copy of the device configuration is deleted from the display module of the device.
HistoROM
A HistoROM is a "non-volatile" device memory in the form of an EEPROM.
