Warning:

Oil shortage causes severe damage to the motor (This type of defect is not 
covered under warranty).

Warning:

Respect the environment: bring the oil to an authorised collection point for 
expert processing or recycling. Never pour oil down the drain.

11.3.5   Checking and/or changing the spark plug

•   Make sure that the machine is secured in transport mode.
•   Switch off the motor and let it cool down for a bit. 
•   The spark plug is at the front end of the DZC600. 

•  Pull off the cap from the spark plug.
•  Clean off the area around the spark plug and rotate it out of the 

cylinder head  
(spanner size : Imperial 13/16 inches).

•   Using a feeler gauge, check whether the distance between elec-

trodes is 0.8 mm.

•   The spark plug must be replaced if it shows heavy deposits or is 

very dirty.
