Using Scheduler to Control Presenter
Practical Use
You can use the Scheduler function to play the clips you want at any time you like. You can also
program it to stop playback and shut down the PR-1000HD at the desired time as well.

Editing the schedule
Starting the schedule editor
In the upper left of the Presenter screen, click the [Clock] button to access the “Schedule Editor”
dialog.

Adding a schedule
In the lower left of the "Schedule Editor," click the [Add] button to create a new schedule.
1.
Click below “Month” and select the month.
If the month is not to be specified, select “*” (for example if you only want to specify the day of
the week).

Select the “Day,” “Week,” “Hour,” and “Minute” in the same manner.
If this information is not to be specified, select “*” (“*” cannot be selected for “Minute”). Select the
operation you want performed at the specified time.

Select the action that you want to perform at the specified time.
• “Play”: Begins playback at the specified time.
• “Stop”: Stops playback at the specified time.
• “Shutdown”: Shuts down the PR-1000HD at the specified time.
• “Reboot”: Restarts the PR-1000HD at the specified time.
• “Time Adj”: Accesses the time server over the network at the specified time and corrects
the time.
Using Scheduler to Control Presenter
Scheduler settings are saved
for each project.
In order to make use of the
scheduler, the PR-1000HD’s
time must be set. Use the
“System Setting” window to
specify the time (p. 46).
Selects the Month, Day, Week, Hour and Minute
[Scheduler] button
Selects the palette and clip
Selects the operation
If you set “Day” to other than
“*” you won’t be able to select
“Week.” Conversely, if you set
“Week” to other than “*” you
won’t be able to select the
“Day."
You can set the clips’ Loop
mode settings (p. 72) and
program the clip sequence to
have clips play back at any
time you like.
