Practical Use
Connecting to a time server (NTP server) to adjust the PR-
1000HD's date and time
You can connect to a time server to automatically adjust the PR-1000HD's date and time. This is
convenient when you're using the scheduler function (p. 87).
The time will be adjusted automatically when the PR-1000HD is started up, or at the time specified by
the scheduler.
1.
In the selector, click the [System Preferences] button.
The system preferences window will appear.

In the "Network" section, click [Open Network Setting Panel].
The "Network Settings" dialog will appear.

Specify "NTP Server."
Enter the address of the time server you want to use.
You will need to provide a time server.

Put a check mark in "Adjust time (NTP)."
5.
Click [Save].
The network function will restart, and the time server function will be turned on.
Please provide an NTP server.
Avoid connecting directly to the
Internet.
Switches use of the time server on and off

If you click "Cancel" while
making this setting, you'll
return to the "System
Preferences" window. If you
click "Return to original," you'll
return to the original setting.
