Book menu, where the new entry will appear in the list box. Selecting the
Cancel button (Alt + C) in either of these windows will take you back to the
Phone Book menu without saving the new entry.
Delete (Alt + D). Selecting the Delete button will erase the currently
highlighted phone book entry. A confirmation window will appear, asking
you to confirm that you really want to delete the item. Be careful, once an
entry is deleted, you cannot get it back.
Rename (Alt + R). Selecting the Rename button will allow you to change
the name of the currently highlighted entry. Type the revision into the
Entries list box and select the Enter key on your keyboard when finished.
Edit (Alt + E). The Edit button allows you to change the telephone number
of the currently highlighted phone book entry. When the Edit button is
selected, a Phone Edit window will be brought up. You may enter the
changed phone number into the Number text box (Alt + N). In this window
you may change the phone number but not the name under which it is filed.
Choose the
OK button (Alt + 0) to save the changes and return to the Phone
Book menu, or select Cancel (Alt + C) to close the window without saving
any changes.
Call (Alt + A). When the Call button is selected, the DynaWrite device will
automatically dial the currently highlighted phone book entry. When a call is
successfully dialed and has been answered, you will be returned to the
Message Window. For this feature to work, your DynaWrite must be
connected to a DynaVox Cabled Phone Module.
Close (Alt +C). Selecting the Close button will close the Phone Book menu
and return you to the Phone menu.
