Check this box to include a purge routine at the beginning of a test. The flow
rate at which to purge and purge time are set in other fields of this tab.

Check this box for a purge routine to be run after any molbloc change included in
the test sequence. The flow rate and purge time are set in other fields of this
tab.

Purge target

Determines the flow rate at which any purge routine included in the test will
be executed. Note that the unit is % FS of the DUT being tested.
