Hydraulic steering

1. Replace the rotor and stator.
2. Replace the piston sealing ring.

9.4.3.Hydraulic system faults and troubleshooting
Symptoms Causes Solutions
The lifting force is weak
or the hydraulic system
cannot lift the device.
1. The oil level is too low or the oil
specification is not correct.
2. The oil suction filter is clogged.
3. The hydraulic system sucks air.
4. The oil pump is worn seriously, and
internal leakage is serious.
5. The main control valve or oil return valve
gets stuck.
6. The main control valve or oil return valve
is worn seriously.
7. The safety valve is failed.
8. The oil leakage of the oil cylinder gets
serious.
9. Oil leaks from sealing rings in the
distributor.
1. Refill sufficient acceptable oil as
required.
2. Clean the strainer.
3. Remove the air trapped, and tighten
the coupling or replace the sealing
ring.
4. Replace the sealing ring of the oil
pump.
5. Raise the control handle of the lifter
for several times, and use a driver to
toggle the main control valve; if it is
stuck continuously, remove it for
cleaning.
6. Replace the worn parts.
7. Re-adjust or repair it.
8. Replace the sealing ring, and if
necessary, replace the worn parts.
9. Replace the sealing ring
