The front wheels
wobbles.
1. The clearance between the bevel bearing of
the front wheel is too big.
2. The steering ball head is worn seriously.
3. The gasket between the rocker shaft and
bracket is worn.
4. The toe-in is adjusted improperly.
5. The front wheel is deformed seriously.
1. Adjust the clearance to the
requirements specified.

Early wear of the tires
takes place.
1. The toe-in is adjusted improperly.
2. The tire pressure is not appropriate.
3. The drive wheel tires are installed
reversely.

The hydraulic steering
gear is failed.
1. The release pin is broken or deformed.
2. The open end of the universal driving shaft
is broken or deformed.
3. The rotor and universal driving shaft are
not installed at right position.
4. The piston of the steering oil cylinder or
the sealing ring of the piston is damaged.
1. Replace the release pin.
2. Replace the universal driving shaft.
3. Re-assemble them.
4. Replace the piston or sealing ring.
During hydraulic
steering, the steering
wheel cannot return to the
neutral position
automatically.
1. The leaf spring is broken.
2. The steering shaft is not concentric with the
steering column casing, and the steering
resistance is big.
3. The steering shaft is against the valve spool
axially.
4. The pressure drop at the neutral position is
too big or the steering gear is unloaded
when the steering wheel stops turning.
5. The steering shaft is not concentric with the
valve spool.
1. Replace the leaf spring.
2. Repair or replace it.

5. Re-install and adjust them.
